Tutor Time Activities
We follow a dedicated weekly schedule of tutor time activities to ensure that all students in the year group are fully supported by their form tutor.

PSHE takes place every Tuesday morning as part of an extended tutor time. Throughout Year 8, students will explore a number of different topic areas.
Autumn Term - Personal identity, cultural diversity, equality, peer pressure and consent.
Spring Term - Mental health, body image, healthy lifestyle choices and making good decisions.
Summer Term - Financial literacy, career aspirations, community contribution and environmental responsibility.

Extra curricular activities
Year 8 students are encouraged to participate in a range of extra-curricular activities that enhance their learning experience and help them develop new skills. These activities include sports teams, music ensembles, coding club, science club, and art workshops.
