Parent-Teacher Conferences: Scheduled for May 15-16, 2025. Booking will open on April 30th via the Parent Portal.

Summer Term Ends: The last day of the summer term is Friday, July 19, 2025. School will close at 12:30pm.

Our Parent Portal gives you secure access to your child's attendance, behavior, homework, assessment data, and reports.

Parent Association
Our Parent Association plays a vital role in supporting the school through fundraising, organizing events, and building our community. All parents and carers are automatically members and we encourage you to get involved.

How do I report my child's absence?
Please call the school attendance line on 020 4576 9843 (option 1) before 8:30am on each day of absence. Alternatively, you can email attendance@ernestbevinacademy.org.uk with your child's name, year group, and reason for absence.
How can I check what homework my child has been set?
All homework is recorded on the Parent Portal. You can log in to see assignments, due dates, and whether homework has been submitted.
When will I receive my child's report?
We issue three reports per academic year - one each term. Reports are available to view on the Parent Portal, and you will receive an email notification when a new report is published.
Who should I contact if I have a concern about my child?
Your first point of contact should be your child's form tutor. For academic matters, you may wish to contact the relevant subject teacher or Head of Department. For pastoral concerns, please contact your child's Year Leader.
