Our Response to the Inspection
We are proud of the recognition we have received from Ofsted, particularly for our personal development provision, which was judged to be 'Outstanding'. The report reflects the hard work and dedication of our staff, students, and the wider school community.
We have created a comprehensive action plan to address the areas for improvement identified in the report. This includes:
- Further enhancing our curriculum to ensure it is consistently ambitious across all subject areas
- Continuing to improve attendance for all groups of students
- Further developing the consistency of teaching across departments
- Strengthening the sixth form provision
