Course Overview
This course combines theoretical knowledge with practical performance. Students study the physiological, psychological, and socio-cultural factors that affect participation and performance in physical activity. Topics include exercise physiology, biomechanics, sports psychology, and the role of sport in society. Students also develop their skills as performers or coaches in one chosen sport.
